- From 2012, Jacek Poświata is the Managing Director of global consulting company Bain & Company in Poland and Central Europe
- From 1992, Jacek was an advisor at McKinsey & Company, in Denmark (1992-1995), then in Canada (1995-1996), and from 1996 in Poland and CEE. From 1995 he was a Director (Senior Partner) and in 1999 he became a Partner at McKinsey. During all his work at McKinsey, he was Managing Director of McKinsey Poland, Leader of the Private Equity and Strategy Division in Eastern Europe (2008-2012), Member of Worldwide Personal Evaluation and Election Committee for Southern Africa, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and India (2003-2012) and Leader of the Telecommunications Division in Eastern Europe (2000-2005)
- He has wide experience in telecommunication area, mining & oil industry, energy, aviation industry and private equity
- He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in 1987 and has an MBA degree from Columbia Business School, New York
- Jacek Poświata currently serves as member of the Supervisory Board of KGHM and member of the Polish Business Roundtable.
